1. Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital services and the automated processing that begins once a report request is submitted, purchases are generally non-refundable once report generation has commenced.

However, if sitemax is unable to generate or deliver your report due to a technical fault or system error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible at team@sitemax.pro. We will investigate the issue promptly and, where appropriate, either:

• generate and deliver your report as soon as reasonably practicable at no additional cost; or
• provide a full refund if we are unable to fulfil your order.

We aim to investigate reported technical issues as quickly as possible, typically on the same business day.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
